Rates

Rates are per person, per night, for stays of at least 3 nights. Prices refer to the Classic Room, while there’s an additional charge of €20.00 per night for the Alba Rooms. All prices include 10% VAT.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax costs € 2 per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. You can pay it directly at the hotel.

Discounts, free of charge, additional charges

• Children aged from 0 to 2 years free of charge in a room with 2 adults, excluding the period from 9 to 23 August 2025.
• Children aged up to 12 years free of charge in a room with 2 adults, only from 24 May to 14 June, for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
• 50% discount for children aged 3 to 12 years.
• Reductions for adults: 4 people in the same room only pay for 3, excluding the period from 9 to 23 August 2025.
• Additional charge single room, € 10.00 per day.

Full board

• Accommodation in Alba Room or in Classic Room.
• Buffet breakfast from 8 am to 10.00 am.
• Buffet brunch from midday to 1 pm, sweet and savoury options that vary every day, with first courses, vegetables, mini-pizzas, mixed cold cuts, cheeses, salads, raw vegetables, eggs, piadina flatbread, spianata bread, toasted sandwiches and fruit.
• Assisted buffet dinner from 7 pm with appetisers, first and second courses of meat and fish, various choices of cooked and raw side dishes, fruit and dessert.
• Water, local wine and coffee included during brunch and at dinner.

Half board

• Accommodation in Alba Room or in Classic Room.
• Buffet breakfast from 8 am to 10.00 am.
• Assisted buffet dinner from 7 pm with appetisers, first and second courses of meat and fish, various choices of cooked and raw side dishes, fruit and dessert. Water, local wine and coffee are always included.
• Possibility of adding lunch, with buffet brunch, at a cost of € 18.00 for adults and € 10.00 for children.
• Price: 10% less than full board

B&B Option

• Accommodation in Alba Room or in Classic Room.
• Buffet breakfast from 8 am to 10.30 am.

Food intolerances and allergies

As we don’t have AIC (Italian Coeliac Association) certification we cannot guarantee contamination-free dishes for serious allergies and intolerances.

Car park

We have a free uncovered car park – private, enclosed and unguarded – 600/700 metres from the hotel. Alternatively, we are affiliated with a covered underground garage 100 metres away, where you can leave your car at a cost of € 10 per day.

Check-in and Check-out

The room is available to guests from midday on the day of arrival, while it needs to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Early departure

In case of early departure, compensation equal to the cost of the room for 3 nights will be calculated.
Meals not consumed at the hotel, will not be detracted from the price.

Beach

Book in advance and guarantee your space on the beach! We have a special affiliation with the nearby bathing establishment “Bagni 111 da Alfredo” for all our guests, which you can book at a cost of € 125 per week (price includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers). Alternatively, we can make the booking for you and you can pay the amount directly to the lifeguard.
